Implementa endpoint contatti Cloudflare con supporto Resend e modalita dev/live

Configura il form per usare /api/contact di default, aggiunge API server-side con verifica Turnstile opzionale e invio Resend in live mode, e documenta variabili ambiente in README/.env.example.
