Aggiunge menu lingua dropdown e base i18n IT/EN/TH.

Introduce routing multilingua con locale tailandese, selettore lingua a tendina con icone bandiera SVG e gestione chiusura click-outside/Esc, oltre a integrazione Turnstile lato form contatti.
