Summary

  • trasforma src/pages/news.astro da placeholder a pagina editoriale operativa con stato canale, programma e canali di distribuzione
  • sostituisce il README starter con un runbook di progetto (setup locale, deploy Cloudflare, configurazione contatti)
  • semplifica il routing del contact form pubblico a 3 aree (info, privacy, careers) aggiornando UI, API e .env.example

Test plan

  • npm run build
  • verifica mapping API per info/privacy/careers
  • smoke test invio form su ambiente Cloudflare (Preview/Production) dopo aggiornamento variabili

  • nel working tree locale e presente SESSION_RECAP_2026-04-24.md non committato e quindi non incluso in questa PR
